United- mileage plus - Mileage plus point disapperance


I logged on to mileage plus to make plans and was shocked to see zero. I had over 97,000. I have been saving them for years. They just expired on 2/28/17. I used to travel frequently, but my Parkinson;s Disease has gotten much worse, requiring a partner to come with me. My husband is retiring soon and we were going to use the miles. Please,please, return them to me. I will try to be more conscientious. I look forward to hearing from united. Thank you in advance. Regards
